The hotel is connected to three subway lines and three railway networks (JR, Hankyu, and Hanshin) by Japan's biggest underground shopping centre. It is easily accessible from Shin-Osaka Station (Osaka Bullet Train Terminal) either by taxi or via train connection. Buses from both Osaka Itami and Kansai International airports stop outside the hotel entrance.
