  • Best Western Hotel Kurfürst Wilhelm I is a comfortable city hotel in the town center. We are located next to the ICE-train station and public transportation. For your convenience, we are close to the theater, museums and the area where the art-exhibition Documenta takes place. We feature the restaurant, Tavolo with Italian cuisine, lounge, meeting and banquet facilities, newsstand, 24-hour front desk, late check-out, baggage hold, mail services, fax and photocopy, services, laundry/valet, shoeshine, elevator and a courtesy shuttle to the city center. Our guest rooms have color cable television, AM/FM radio alarm clock, mini-bar, hairdryer, dataports, coffee/tea maker, iron and ironing board, direct dial telephone, wake-up calls, local and long distance telephone calls for a nominal charge, limited room service and complimentary toiletries.
General Information
  • The hotel is located near the ICE-train station, the world's famous Mountainpark, and the Herkules building. From the north/south A7: Take Highway A7 to intersection exit Kasseler Kreuz, change to the A44 to exit KS-Stadtmitte/Auestadion and follow the signs Bahnhof Wilhelmshohe. Then park your car in the parking garage "city center" (extra charges do apply!). The parking garage is located directly under the hotel. From the West/Dortmund A44: Take the highway A44 and exit KS-Stadtmitte/Auestadion. Follow the signs Bahnhof Wilhelmshohe. Then the same as described above. From Highway A7: Take Highway A7 to intersection exit Kasseler Kreuz, follow the A44 towards Dortmund, take the Kassel-Wilhelmshohe Exit and follow the signs DB (train station) Wilhelmshohe. Follow the parking signs to the parking garage.
