  • Choose from a selection of 3, 4 or 5 bedroom new private pool homes. All homes feature fully equipped kitchens, laundry rooms, spacious living areas vaulted ceilings, 2 color TV's with cable, VCR, high chair, crib, BBQ grill, free local calls and voice mail, and private backyard pools. Some also offer a kiddy pool or spa. Homes are located only minutes to Walt Disney World and near other area attractions in quality resort neighborhoods offering tennis and basketball courts, an Olympic-size pool, soccer field and childrens playground. The management office is located on-site with personnel on call 24 hours a day. Guest services and ticket sales available. Greater Groves and Orange Tree are AAA Three-Diamond Properties. Proof of membership required at arrival time to confirm AAA Rate. DEPOSIT RULES - 200.00 (USD) deposit and 20.00 (USD) processing fee is required to confirm the reservation. The 200.00 (USD) serves as a security deposit in the case of DAMAGES and is refundable 5 days after departure. The processing fee is not refundable. This deposit and processing fee must be paid by major credit card or personal check in advance of receiving confirmation. It infers the renter is in agreement with this document. Rental payment must be received in full 30 days prior to arrival unless arranged for differently. A personal check may be used if paying 30 days in advance. Otherwise credit card or certified payment must be used. If payment not received as agreed, the confirmation will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. CANCEL RULES - 14 days or less from arrival date, lose deposit and 2 night's rental. Cancel 15-30 days, lose deposit. Cancel 31 days or more from arrival date, deposit will be refunded.
