  • The AAA Four Star ranked Hilton Costa Mesa recently completed $15.5 million in renovations, which features the highly acclaimed Bristol Palms California Bistro and Bar set amidst towering palm trees in the hotel's naturally lit 7-story atrium. The hotel's largest ballroom is the Pacific Ballroom which encompasses 12,160 square feet.
