Executive chef Kim Lambrechts is a Eurpoean train master of innovation - sample the culinary pleasures of peppered beef carpaccio; Jonah crab cakes with soy, ginger and orange glaze; crispy calamari, with spicy eggplant and tomato sauce; chicken and baby shrimp flatbread, with coconut-cilantro sauce; country pate, with red onion confit and pistachio oil; and variety of crisp, fresh salads. The 3rd floor Conference Center can accommodate functions for 10-300 people in an innovative setting that features an 8000 square foot garden terrace with lush foliage and a soothing waterfall. With every meeting room wired for T-1 Internet access, web-based presentations are done with ease. 8 separate meeting rooms create an ideal layout for an intimate meeting or a large program.
