The hotel is near shopping, galleries, theaters and antiquing in Rockport, Essex and the fishing village of Gloucester. It is a convenient hub for day trips to Boston, Salem, Newburyport, New Hampshire and costal Maine. Take Route 128 North to the end, turn left on Route 127A (Bass Avenue), then go right on Atlantic Road.
